What will you be doing?

Below are some examples of what our service users may need your support with as nurse:

• To provide a high standard of direct nursing care to service users based on the assessment of care needs and in consultation with the service users, their relatives and the care team.
• To continuously evaluate the quality of care given and regularly reassess the needs of service users in consultation with the service users, their relatives and the care team and to effect change required to achieve planned goals.
• To administer and order medication
• Liaising with professionals and other members of the wider care team.
• Care planning and implementation of person-centred care plans
• To work closely with other members of the care team, ensuring that effective high-quality care is given and to achieve planned goals, giving direction to care staff where needed
• Ensure infection control and PPE is adhered to at all times

What experience do you need?

All we ask for is someone who is compassionate, has a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. Above all, you’ll be passionate about ensuring our residents have received the best care possible. You must hold a valid NMC registration.

Where you will be working

You will be working at our Nursing Homes located in Clifton upon Dunsmore.

Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will join a supportive team that is committed to empowering recovery and encouraging independence within nursing care home environment.

The shift patterns include working weekdays and weekends 8:00 to 20:00.
